Our billing cycle runs from the 1st to the last day of every month with statements mailed the first week of the following month.
All payments are due in our office by the 20th of the month. We do not go by the postmark so please allow for mailing time if you are using USPS to send your payment.
Example: January's usage will be from 1/1 to 1/31 with the meter being read effective 1/31. The statement is mailed the week of Feb 1-6 and payment due in our office by 2/20.
Exceptions are: if you connect or disconnect service in the middle of the month we use the date you requested for billing. Also, if the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the bill is due the following business day.
