Please use the following to submit a light repair request (DO NOT USE TO REPORT OUTAGES OR EMERGENCIES). Be sure to include a contact phone # or email address, a description of the issue (ie: light won't come on, light stays on all day) and a location of the light if you have more than one light on your property or more than one location on service with us.
Our linemen try to get light repairs done once a week. You will receive a bill, separate bill from your energy bill, for the repair charges and material.
If you rent, your landlord must be the person to request the repair.
